Sep 20, 2015 Joseph Cherian is home!

Dear Cal and Jo,

Its been 2 months and 2 weeks now, since Jo has come home to our lives. He's such an adorable baby, not fussy, very kind to mama. As i prayed, Lord has listened to prayers about my baby being a gentle one. I also prayed for you Caleb, that you will welcome Jo with all your heart, and be an amazing big brother, and so have you been. Like everyone kept telling me, elder one would be a jealous one, i kept rebuking it, and believed you would be an amazing one. Not once till date, have you shown any kind of push towards Jo, but have been very kind and gentle to him.

I'm so thankful to Lord , that he has blessed me with amazing 2 little ones. I will always continue to believe that you both will be a blessing to me, others, friends, family, everywhere.

Appa n i have been enjoying you both. Love you tons...

Aint i glad im home!!!!

How did Amma and Appa meet?

Oct 2009 (My side of story)- I was at a Christian camp , called Agape Discipleship School, trying to figure myself out. It was a month long camp. My mom and Sonypapa was searching for boys to get rid of me .. lol ..Which obviously made me tense up, and was on my knees praying to God to bring the right person for me. I was so confused that age, i almost was like, all the guys who come on my way, was OK for me to get married. Very vulnerable and stupid of course. Thankfully, God gave me the wisdom to lean on some godly ppl around me to take tough and right decision, one major being my sweet heart benjikuttan.


I prayed to God, send someone to church that i go to WICC trivandrum, so that i dont have to leave trivandrum and be with the church that im so connected with.


Oct 2009 ( his side of story) - he was working in Dubai, reaching his frustration point being in Dubai, was praying about joining Bible college in India, or just go back to India working for the same company. Prayed about it,and ofcourse, God opened a door for him in trivandrum through his then company (Red Orange). They wanted to started a branch in trivandrum, and Benji was the best person as he's also so keen about going to India. Benji not knowing anyone in trivandrum, his boss introduces him to a person in trivandrum. Guess who? Pastor John in WICC.


Nov - 2009, Sony and preethi approaches John, about finding a good alliance for me, and pastor took a quick look around, found benji so available.

Well meanwhile, there defintely was some kind of spark with me and him too .. ahem details hidden :P

Dec 2009 - Pastor John makes it as an official proposal to benju's family and my family

Although both sides werent too keen, somehow everything fell into place. Baichan and benji's dad where the key ppl to agree from their side, and sony from myside. Phew!!!

Jan 2010 - Its official!!!! Yay!!!!

Even though we've both have had past stories, we were meant to be. What God has brought together, no man can separate.

My Round 2, We might name you Joseph ( Appa's choice)

Dear Joseph,

Welcome my sweet heart.. so amazing God's creation is all i can think right now. I'm 31, and God amazes me with so many things, and you and caleb are among them. Caleb is eagerly waiting for your arrival, and gives you a kiss on my tummy whenver i say "baby evide, Caleb?".
Its my prayer, you both will grow as best of friends, and be there for each other through thick or thin, even if mama and appa are not around. Let God be your guide, at every decisions in your life, May He be you father and mother in times of need. We will always be there for you both, whatsoever. You are precious little ones.

So once again, like Caleb's name, we have not much of approvals on this name Joseph too. But somehow strongly do feel we should go with Joseph. Only because, Joseph in character in the Bible, was someone who many admire of, never questioned God, did the right things, Loved God. Someone who was nearly the best character. We as parents wish the same for you too, that you grow to be someone who loves God, serves Him, acknowledge Him, teach your children, have mercy and love for the lost ones. One thing i need my sons to grow into is, to be of men of character, respect for women, have kindness and compassion, and yet be very discerning in life. Amma and appa will always praying for you both.

So you are 23 weeks old in me, kicking , kicking, and love it to know, you are enjoying being cozy there. I love you lot, so does appa, and we cant wait to get you into our arms.

Hives!! First Urgent Care .. scary!! Never ever!!

Dear Cale kunju, you are growing so fast. I think i keep saying this every time i look back at your pictures. You are so adorable babe, you are light into our lives. The darkest time mom n dad has gone through 2014, your presence and smiles, lightened up our day. Love the way, how you get stubborn to hug me tight around my neck. The first time we took you to urgent care, was when you were running a fever, picked you up from day care in the afternoon, gave you lunch, and you were sleeping in my arms, when all of a sudden, all this hives started to show up. We both freaked out worried, zoomed into the nearest hospital.

We were so impatient with the doctors, as they were taking their own sweet time. Anyways, my point is, you are so precious, and a small anything bothering you, bothers us big time. God definitely blessed us with you, for blessing us with the rest of our lives.

There is always love n care in your eyes, and as you grow up, we know, you will be man of character.

Njunju, Calamani, appu kuttaa ............

My sweetest first born, time is flying and i can see you are growing out of your cute clothes, and the shoes that we just brought for you a month ago. How i miss you already. Everyday is beautiful with you around. I and your dad keep saying what a joy you are. Inspite of all the arguments I and benji have, when we see you trying to distract us, we melt .. You are God's gift to us, and you will always remain precious to us. We beleive and hope that you will always realize and understand that we are always available for you in times of your ups and downs.

Any day of your life, you feel you are alone, remember amma and appa is always there for you.

You go to day care now. You love the place. You love your friends, You love your teachers. Miss Mari and Miss Nevi. Beautiful they are and they loved you so dear. Always remember to love and respect your teachers. As much amount of effort we put as parents to grow you up carefully with no harm, they spend almost equal amount of time and effort to nuture you up.

Always have a greatful heart towards anyone who has helped you in any ways. Lord will bless you and honor you.

In LOVE all over again ..

You are my sunshine love ... Miss you the moment i step out from home to work. I love every moment you leap at me, the moment i step in back home. I love it when you come running to me when you fall or get hurt. I love it when you stop crying only when i cuddle you. I'll miss you this age, when you are so clingy, and i love that cling part in you. You are the best that happened to mama.

Well to my rest of the kiddos .. I love you even before you are born. You guys fill every color of my rainbow. Rainbow is only complete when all of them come together.
